Application Process

The application and selection is a three phase process.

Phase 1

Phase one consists of:

• University presentations.
• Applying online. Please be sure to select your business focus area from the various options offered e.g. Marketing, Business Administration, Internal Auditing.
• Screening and shortlisting of applications.

Phase 2

Phase two consists of a targeted selection interview at the university and psychometric testing.

Phase 3

Phase three consists of the selection process with management followed by an offer of employment to successful applicants towards the end of October.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview. If you haven't been contacted by the end of October, then accept that your application has been unsuccessful.

Closing dates

The closing date for applications is 20 August 2010.

To Apply:

• The ‘Apply Now’ button below will transfer you to Old Mutual’s iRecruitment System.
• If you have already registered on the iRecruitment System, enter your email address and password and click on the ‘Login’ button.
• If you haven’t yet registered on the iRecruitment System, click on the ‘Register today’ button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address, family name (surname), first name and password. Once completed, select the ‘Submit’ button.
• Click on the ‘Search for Jobs’ quick link.
• Enter ‘Graduate Trainee%’ in keywords and click on the ‘Go’ button.
• The Graduate Vacancy will be listed. Select the ‘Apply Now’ icon and follow the screen prompts.
