Amathuba Learnerships

The Amathuba (English: opportunities) Learnership Project trains matriculants with no previous work experience in a variety of skills in the Old Mutual (SA) workplace. Training takes place in-house at Old Mutual's offices. Candidates have the opportunity to train in the following areas:

  • Financial Advice.
  • Call Centre Skills.
  • Office/ Administrative Support.
  • Product Administration.

The minimum requirements are:

  • Matric or post matric qualification.
  • Matric subjects must include English and Maths.
  • Must be between the ages of 18-30.

Application forms are not available. Advertisements will be placed in newspapers during October for the following year.
