Old Mutual is the best large employer in South Africa, according to the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) Institute’s annual Best Employers Certification Index for 2012/13.
Old Mutual leads the pack in the Giants category (for companies with more than 10 001 employees) and is also number one in the Financial Services category. In addition, Old Mutual was certified as a Top Employer in Africa, specifically in South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Kenya.
