Staff Medical Aid
Old Mutual staff have access to a subsidised medical aid scheme administered by Lethimvula Healthcare. Employees can choose from a range of options from basic hospital cover to a comprehensive plan.

Staff Retirement Fund
Old Mutual staff enjoy membership of the Old Mutual Retirement Fund. Staff have flexible options in terms of the extent to which they contribute to the Fund within certain parameters.
Annual Leave
Old Mutual’s annual leave can be structured by the individual to meet their personal needs. Annual Leave is 22 days with the flexibility of either reducing or increasing leave between 17 and 27 days through adjusting your package. In terms of other types of leave, employees also qualify for sick leave and family responsibility leave, which are more generous than stipulated by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
Maternity Benefits
Women with at least one year’s service may apply for up to six months partly paid maternity leave.

Old Mutual staff have access to the MutualPark (HO is in Johannesburg) gym that is affiliated with the Sports Science Institute.
