Old Mutual’s suite of internet-based self-help services offers the most convenient way to obtain and manage portfolio and investment information.
Respective self-help options are open to clients, retirement and medical scheme members, intermediaries, employers and other third-party entities. Registration and ongoing usage is free.
We are upgrading our online secure services website in March 2015. When you log on after the upgrade, you will be prompted and guided to create your own secure digital identity. A one-time pin will be sent to the cellphone number you provide.
To be ready for this change, here’s what you need to do:
In future, if you forget your password, username or wish to unlock your profile, we’ll send a one time pin to your registered cellphone number.
If you have any difficulty logging in, please contact the Old Mutual Self Service Support Centre on 0860 60 6500 (from within South Africa) or +27 21 503 1710 (outside South Africa) or email Secure Services. Service Centre operating hours are from Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
To gain access, please complete the initial registration process to obtain a unique user number and to confirm your password. Using this detail, you can then login and apply for the respective services open to you.
