The Old Mutual Music Series are a fabulous way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Gauteng and combine two of life’s great joys – music and the great outdoors. Held in an idyllic setting amongst an assortment of indigenous and exotic plants, concert goers not only get to sit back and relax while listening to some great South African music in the company of family and friends, but also contribute directly to the maintenance and development of these beautiful gardens.
Held every Sunday from May through to September, the concerts will alternate between Walter Sisulu and Pretoria National Botanical Gardens, and offer the public a totally unique way to experience our local artists in an intimate setting with family and friends. Gates open at 12h00 and the concerts get underway between 14h00 and 15h00.
Tickets available online for R80 from www.ticketbreak.co.za or for R90 pre-concert directly from either Walter Sisulu or Pretoria National Botanical Gardens or R100 on the day at the gates.
So grab your picnic basket and bring your kids, loved ones or friends and join us in the Gardens for a wide selection of artists and music from classical to rock, Afrikaans to pop and some jazz in between. These concerts are popular so it’s a good idea to get there early to pick the best spot. See you there!
