The Board of OMLACSA is responsible for the conduct and management of the business and has been mandated by Old Mutual plc to exercise oversight on behalf of Old Mutual plc in respect of the Emerging Markets operations, including OMSA’s subsidiary companies, African Operations and New Markets.
