Promotion of Investment

Investment in South Africa is key to our country’s long-term development and prosperity, particularly when it complements existing measures already being implemented in South Africa.

It is therefore critical that South Africa and its ambassadors, both official and unofficial, are able to portray the country in a positive light to ensure that investments are continually being made. It is as critical that these investments are made in areas that facilitate and sustain economic development.

Old Mutual recognises its role as a national ambassador. As such, we have allocated significant funding to improve perceptions of the country as an investment destination.

A sum of R25 million has been put aside for this investment.
