Funds
- The Financial Sector Charter (“FSC”) Fund invests in qualifying assets in terms of the FSC, targeting a range of opportunities and innovations at the low-income level, including housing microfinance, black SMME finance and transformational infrastructure in underdeveloped areas. The FSC Fund has invested in over R4 billion of assets to date.
- The Housing Impact Fund for South Africa (“HIFSA”) concentrates within the affordable/gap market, that is, households with income of less than R15 000 per month. HIFSA invests in end-user finance and development finance for Greenfield and Brownfield developments. The fund has a pipeline of approximately 70 000 housing units, with over R8 billion worth of assets.
- The Entrepreneurial Venture Finance (“EVF”) Fund invests in entrepreneurial, high-growth, cash-generative, niche SMME’s with significant market share that is governed by strong and reputable management.
Furthermore, the team is in the process of establishing three funds including:
- The Schools and Education Investment and Grant Funds
- The Housing Impact Fund for Africa (“HIFA”)
- The Incubator Fund
