South Africa Infrastructure Fund

South Africa Infrastructure Fund (SAIF) has been successfully managed by AIIM for over a decade, using its extensive expertise in the Southern African market, specifically in the areas of due diligence, acquisitions, investments, and ongoing management and optimisation.

Its portfolio consists of investments into Bakwena Platinum Corridor Concessionaire (Pty), the N3 Toll Concession (Pty) and Trans African Concessions (Pty). These are 30-year concession contracts to either purely operate or to design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain selected national and toll roads in South Africa, Maputo or Mozambique.

SAIF is fully invested with approximately R2.1 billion in assets under management and closed to new investors.
