Diane Radley - Chairperson

Diane is responsible for the strategic management of the Investment businesses. This includes investment boutiques, investment research, operational infrastructure, marketing and distribution and the unit trust company.more info

She is also a member of the Executive Committee Old Mutual South Africa and Emerging Markets.

Diane’s diverse management background, involvement in private equity transactions and various roles she played with pension funds, positions her well to manage a boutique portfolio of asset managers.

Prior to joining OMIGSA, Diane was the Finance Director of Old Mutual South Africa (OMSA).
Peter Levett

Managing Director

Peter joined Old Mutual Investment Group South Africa (OMIGSA) in October 2007 as the head of strategic projects and business development. He is also a board member of Dibanisa Fund Managers. more info

Prior to joining OMIGSA, he was a Head of Corporate Finance at Old Mutual for nine years. Peter also worked at Goldman Sachs International in London for five years and at Deloitte for two years.

Peter has 25 years of work experience in the financial services industry.
Kerrin Land

Head: Boutique Capability Management

Kerrin is responsible for ensuring that Old Mutual Investment Group (SA) has the right range of boutiques and capabilities to deliver to our client needs. She provides the boutiques with business perspective on operations, positioning and product strategy.more info

Kerrin has been with the Old Mutual Group for 15 years. She began her career in the Life company in an actuarial capacity, before moving into investments.

Within OMIGSA, she has experience in a number of different areas of the business such as product development, business strategy, as well as Marketing and Communications.
Sonja Sebotsa

Founder, Principal Partner: Identity Partners

Prior to her current position, Sonja was Executive Director WDB Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd for five years. She was the Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking team.more info

In addition to her directorship of Old Mutual Property, Sonja is a non-executive director on the following boards: RMB Holdings, Discovery Holdings, Anglo Platinum Limited and the Mr Price Group.
Takula Tapela

Managing Executive: Brimstone

In his role as managing executive, Takula supports the CEO and Executive Directors of Brimstone in deal origination, transacting and investment monitoring.more info

Takula’s role includes interacting with the CEOs and other executives of Brimstone’s investee companies, Brimstone’s financial partners as well as its professional advisors.

Takula joined Brimstone in June 2005 as Managing Executive, from Old Mutual SA (OMSA) where he was executive assistant to the managing director. Prior to this, Takula worked in OMSA’s Corporate Finance team for two years.
