Some of these initiatives involve active engagement with suppliers regarding their transformation, investing in property service companies linked to our PPP projects with the government and various social projects.
Old Mutual Property achieved a level 2 BBBEE accreditation rating in 2009, as per the DTI Codes of Best Practice. This was achieved in a record period of three years - and this rating has been retained in 2010.
