Old Mutual Investment Group Property Investments (OMIGPI) is a specialist property investment and management company in South Africa. The business has a clear and focused vision: to be the leading property asset management company in Southern Africa and emerging markets. Our current portfolio of approximately R26.1 billion of assets under management consists of 406 buildings which represents a total of 3 014 716m² gross lettable area, accommodating over 6 000 tenants (Data as at December 2009).
