Asset Origination and Management

Asset origination and management is made up of three business areas:

Debt Origination comprises a range of capital-raising activities across a wide variety of debt products, including overnight and term debt, property and project finance, BEE funding and company buyouts.

Our Mezzanine Fund offers debt financing via credit assets that are typically subordinated to other tranches of debt.

Our Principal Investments business uses our proprietary balance sheet to actively seek both long- and short-term investment opportunities across multiple assets.
