Principal Investments

Our aim is to significantly grow the net asset value of OMSFIN over time, by generating above-average returns on capital employed. Using our proprietary balance sheet, we actively seek to originate and manage a portfolio of quality alternative assets (long-term strategic and short-term trading assets) as well as take advantage of listed market opportunities. In doing this we aim to:

• Invest in lower-volatility, better-quality unlisted assets on a secondary basis.
• Invest in higher yielding debt or structured equity instruments which have underlying asset security.
• Invest in strategic complementary businesses, with a focus on those businesses in the early phase of incorporation.
• Trade in listed debt/equity instruments where attractive opportunities exist.
