Member Services
A number of key services are offered by Old Mutual Group Assurance. These are:
- Funeral Support Services - A deceased member or his/her immediate family is transported to the burial home anywhere in South Africa.
- CareLine - A telephonic information and support service for claimants and their families, empowers them to deal with the practical and emotional challenges related to disability.
- Travelling Nurses - The Travelling Nurses service removes the hassle of underwriting by performing tests, including the collection of blood samples, conveniently at the members' office, allowing members to enjoy cover sooner and more easily.
