Old Mutual Specialised Finance (OMSFIN) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Old Mutual South Africa and a specialist boutique within the Old Mutual Investment Group (SA) (OMIGSA).

OMSFIN provides innovative debt solutions to corporate and state-owned enterprise borrowers seeking competitive debt finance in the R100 million upward range.

Our focus is to add value to specific transactions, and ensure completion of deals through our technical skills and dedicated approach. Specialised Finance seeks to achieve this by working closely with the major South African banks.

In addition to originating good quality credit assets for our own balance sheet, our capabilities are enhanced by our access to the sizeable balance sheet of Old Mutual Life Assurance Company South Africa Ltd. (OMLACSA).

Our unique ability to deal with large listed and unlisted credit assets within the life assurance and asset management environment enables us to offer competitive funding solutions.
