OMSFIN has been involved as an arranger, underwriter and advisor in numerous transactions over the past five years. In addition, OMSFIN has invested in most of the corporate and securitised bond issues on BESA as well as many substantial unlisted debt issues.
This exposure has resulted in OMSFIN gaining significant experience in the pricing, structuring and issuing of various instruments within the South African debt market.
