Administration Maintenance
Depending on a company’s requirements and the solution implemented, Old Mutual Structured Insurance (OMSI) may need to perform certain administration maintenance and management functions.
If this is required we establish a management committee to facilitate the efficient administration of PRMA and cell captive solutions. This would include:
- The determination and communication of premium payments.
- The monitoring of the performance of the cell.
- The monitoring of the performance of the insurance policy.
