Old Mutual Healthcare's acquisition by Lethimvula Investments Limited came into effect from 1 May 2009 and the business is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Lethimvula Group. Old Mutual Healthcare has since been rebranded and now operates under the Lethimvula Healthcare brand. Click here to access the Lethimvula Healthcare website.
Lethimvula Healthcare currently provides medical scheme administration services to a number of closed (corporate) schemes and continues to maintain operations within Cape Town to deliver an enhanced range of services formerly provided by Old Mutual Healthcare. This will strengthen the company's competitive positioning and further build the holding company's core business.

Please note that from the 16th of October, Lethimvula Healthcare will be operating from new premises situated at The Boulevard in Woodstock, Cape Town. New contact details, processes and procedures for submission of claims have already been communicated to business partners and medical scheme members.
