Registration Guide
By registering on Old Mutual's secure services, you gain access to a variety of online portfolio viewing and transactional services. You can view your financial portfolio; buy, sell and switch unit trusts; access your medical aid account and much more.
There are two steps to get started on Secure Services:
- First register with Old Mutual Secure Services.
- Then apply for access to the required service(s) such as MyPortfolio, Unit Trusts or Fairbairn Capital.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following information at hand:
- Your Identity Number (this could be an RSA ID, a non-RSA ID, a Passport Number, a Social Security Number, a British National Insurance Number)
- Your client number, contract or policy number or membership number for the service you wish to apply for. You will find this information on your relevant Old Mutual product/policy documents.
- If you are an intermediary or Old Mutual employee, you will need your intermediary or staff code.
