  • What are the exclusions?

    If you are covered under the following benefits only, you will not be eligible to use the GREENLIGHT CARE 4U services:

    • Committed Savings Benefit
    • Select Savings Benefit
    • Premium Protection Death Benefit
    • Premium Protection (Disability) Benefit
  • Is the number toll-free?

    The CARE 4U is a “Callshare” number not a toll-free number. This means the cost of the call is shared by the caller and the CARE 4U support centre.

  • Who do I call if I need more information?

    For more information on GREENLIGHT Risk Cover, call 0860 60 4500, or, alternatively, if you need advice, please call 0860 INVEST.

  • How does my partner/child/worker access the service?

    Your partner, children or domestic worker can access the GREENLIGHT CARE 4U service by providing your name and quoting your ID number.

  • What if I don’t know my GREENLIGHT policy number?

    If you do not have your policy number on hand you can quote your ID number.

  • What is the definition of a close relative?

    Immediate family.

  • Can I phone the support centre any time day/night?
