Accident Cover benefits
If you choose the Comprehensive cover option, which includes cover for accidents and theft, and your vehicle is damaged in an accident, iWYZE will either have it repaired or replaced, or will pay out the amount of the damage.
If iWYZE decides that your vehicle is not economical to repair, then your maximum compensation will depend on the amount you have chosen to insure your vehicle for, as well as its current retail or market value.
Fire and Theft Cover benefits
If you have chosen a cover option that includes cover for fire and theft, and your vehicle is lost or damaged by fire, lightning, explosion, theft or attempted theft, iWYZE will either have it repaired or replaced, or will pay out the amount of the damage.
If iWYZE decides that your vehicle is not economical to repair, then your maximum compensation will depend on the amount you have chosen to insure your vehicle for, as well as its current retail or market value.
Third Party Cover benefits
All iWYZE Motor Vehicle cover options include third party cover, which means that if you are involved in an accident, iWYZE will compensate the other person involved for any costs and expenses (up to the specified value) that you become legally liable for. This liability relates to death, injury and damage and includes legal costs that someone else can claim from you if there is a need to settle or defend a claim against you.
iWYZE will also arrange for representation on your behalf at any inquest (e.g. at a post mortem) in terms of any applicable legislation, where the circumstances of death are unclear or questionable. iWYZE may also arrange for the defence of criminal proceedings brought against you arising from any act related to the cover provided.
