iWYZE will cover your legal costs in the event of:
- a civil action brought by or against you.
- your defence against any criminal charges brought against you.
iWYZE will also arrange for representation on your behalf at any inquest (e.g. at a post mortem) in terms of any applicable legislation, where the circumstances of death are unclear or questionable. iWYZE may also arrange for the defence of criminal proceedings brought against you arising from any act related to the cover provided.
