We raise awareness by encouraging employees to get involved in various causes that are beneficial to those that are less fortunate. Casual Day was an opportunity for employees to dress up in the outfit that that made them feel brave enough to take on the world – a reminder of the courage needed every day by people with disabilities and of the kindness that we should show each other daily as we navigate the tough times. Old Mutual Insure donated R30 000 to this worthy cause and encouraged employees to buy digital stickers they could use on social media platforms.

We also encourage employees to make a difference by donating to underprivileged girls in the communities in which we operate, across our country by donating any amount to purchase reusable sanitary pads.
