Here's everything you need to know about becoming a Franchise Agent.
- Relevant financial qualification at NQF 5 level
- At least 2 years’ experience as a financial adviser
- FAIS Compliant - Regulatory Examination (RE5) and/or relevant FSCA recognised tertiary qualification

- Adviser App - Saves time and keeps you informed about your Old Mutual Protect (Risk) cases by delivering real-time notifications regarding outstanding requirements. You can upload the outstanding requirements from the app

- X Plan - Free access to a differentiated X Plan with Goal Development model
- Microsoft 365 - Advisers receive Microsoft 365 licenses, allowing access to the Microsoft suite
- Client referrals - If you come across a potential Short Term Insurance customer, you can utilise the automated referral process seamlessly integrated into XPlan. A referral process is also available for Medical Aid customers
- Unified Digital Platform - A single platform for ease of access to new business, servicing systems, marketing information and practice management.

- Aviator Program - The "Aviator" recognition program includes annual conventions (both offshore and onshore) and regional recognition events, offering rewards to participants.
- Development - The regional Learning Performance Consultant provides invaluable ongoing training and development, ranging from XPLAN to Product School, ensuring that advisers receive essential upskilling.
