We are seeking service providers with experience in coaching and mentoring SMEs across industries.

Service providers with the following capabilities are required:

• Assist with establishing clear goals and objectives for the mentoring and coaching relationship.

• Assessment and Planning: Assess current skills, knowledge, and challenges of the SME and develop an industry-specific plan to meet the said objectives.

• Goal tracking: Monitor progress towards the set goals and make necessary adjustments as required.
