1. Save 0860 933 333 in your contacts. That’s Old Mutual’s WhatsApp number. Type ‘Hi’.
2. Or simply scan this QR code.
3. Select 4: ’View employment retirement savings’.
4. Select 5: Request annual member benefit statement. This will show you your SuperFund ‘balance’ and list all your contributions, transfers and investment growth.
Plus, you can now download the correct form you need to nominate a beneficiary as well as track your claims. No need to log on to a computer or visit a branch.
