Employees’ satisfaction at work is closely tied to employees’ satisfaction with their benefits, so it’s crucial for employers to get the benefits mix right. The 2024 Old Mutual Workplace Benefits Primary Research (powered by LIMRA) indicates that one in five employees don’t feel that their needs are being met. Encouragingly, 84% of those surveyed are satisfied overall with the benefits they receive.
