Our Two-Pot Savings Withdrawal Calculator is now available on WhatsApp. Feel free to share this information with your clients and their employees, and what to do if they have trouble accessing the calculator.

This brand-new Two-Pot tool allows you to:

  • See your current retirement savings: This amount will be your Vested Pot (also known as the ‘Vested Component’) from 1 September 2024
  • See the estimated balance available in your Savings Pot (or Savings Component) starting 1 September 2024
  • Estimate the tax implications if you choose to withdraw from your Savings Pot.
How to get the calculator

There are two ways to access the calculator:

Option 1

  • Scan the QR code at the end of this page with your mobile device
  • It will take you straight into WhatsApp and pre-populate the chat with the words ‘Two-Pot’
  • Press send to proceed.

Option 2

  • Save Old Mutual (0860 933 333) as a contact
  • Type ‘Two-Pot’ in the Old Mutual WhatsApp chat and push send
  • The Two-Pot content will appear. If you’ve already sent ‘Hi’ and can see the WhatsApp menu, select option 8.

Remember, if you can’t access the Two-Pot WhatsApp Calculator, it means we do not have your correct cellphone number and you will need to update it.
