Old Mutual, in partnership with Simphiwe Mtetwa (Pty) Ltd, was the proud sponsor of the 2024 CSI Legacy Conference and Awards programme.  The programme, which concluded with the CSI Legacy Awards in late February 2025, recognised and celebrated the true game changers in the Corporate Social Investment (CSI) industry in South Africa.

It also awarded those small and medium-sized enterprises (SMMEs)  that have succeeded, inspired, motivate,d and encouraged others to positively drive impactful social and economic growth and stability in South Africa.

Old Mutual, through the Old Mutual Foundation, has a long 25-year history of supporting communities in which it operates. Since its inception in 1999, the Foundation has built a clear understanding of the importance of collaboration and partnership and the need to be agile and innovative to deliver impactful and sustainable positive change.

For us to reimagine and redefine the narrative around CSI, we must always strive to identify new ways to meaningfully address challenges and embark on new and exciting opportunities that will aid in pioneering and implementing new standards in the CSI industry.
