Access your tax certificates

Did you know you can access your tax certificates without having to call our call centre? You can download your tax certificate via our website (register here or log in here) or through the Old Mutual App. You can also send a request via Whatsapp. Simply add 0860 933 333 to your Whatsapp and type "hi". Follow the prompts once you receive a response.

Logging In and Accessing Financial Solutions Through Mobile App

    You'll see a dashboard with various cards linking to your products. Select the one you want and delve deeper into the product details.

    You can use USSD - no airtime or data costs will apply for users who dial us with an active sim card on Vodacom, MTN, Telkom and Cell C networks. Simply dial *120*OMSA# or *120*6672#.

    You can submit a funeral claim using USSD or the Old Mutual channel on WhatsApp.

    Once you have logged in on the Old Mutual website or the Old Mutual App you'll see a dashboard with various cards linking to your products.

    Select the one you want, for example, Savings & Investments. You'll see your products listed with their respective values. You can select a product to delve deeper into the detail and take action.

    You can make certain changes to your policies and investments online depending on the product you have.

    • Select "Forgot Password" on the login page.
    • Enter your username and the cellphone number used to create your profile, then select "Continue".
    • Enter the OTP sent to your cellphone number.

    Set a new password: at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one special character, and a number.

    • Select the "Forgot Username" link on the login page.
    • Enter your surname and the cellphone number used to create your profile.
    • Select "Continue", and your username will be sent to your registered number.
