  1. Save 0860 933 333 as a contact on your phone
  2. Open WhatsApp, go to the Old Mutual contact and send ‘Hi’ as a message
  3. Follow the messages on screen and choose your option

Whatsapp Register

  • Simply dial *120*OMSA# or *120*6672#.
  • Using this service is free for customers.
  • No airtime or data costs will apply for users who dial us with an active sim card on Vodacom, MTN, Telkom and Cell C networks
USSD

  1. Visit the Apple App Store, Google Playstore (device dependant) or Huawei App Gallery
  2. Search “Old Mutual (New)” in the search bar
  3. Click ‘Install’ once you have found Old Mutual (New)
  4. Register for a profile or login if you already have one (See the steps for the Old Mutual secure website registration)

  1. Visit www.oldmutual.co.za.
  2. Click ‘Login’ at the top right corner of the website
  3. If you already have a profile, login and continue to engage with your Old Mutual products and services
  4. If you don’t have a profile, scroll down and click ‘Register for a service’
  5. Fill in your details
  6. Then select “login details"
  7. You will receive an OTP SMS to complete registration
