Premium Bridging Declaration (RSA) t&c's
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Should Old Mutual not receive premiums after the Premium Bridging is exhausted, the policy will, depending on the type, become paid-up or lapse without any further benefits being due to me. If the benefit lapses, there will be no cover during the reinstatement period.
- Excess payments made by myself will be applied first to reinstate the policy (where relevant), then towards the arrears on the policy (including the grace period) and then to buy back a future Premium bridging benefit.
- I absolve Old Mutual of any liability in the event that the bank details supplied by me are incorrect. I agree that my bank detail should be updated across all my Benefits.
- I hereby absolve Old Mutual from any risk or liability resulting from the proceeds being deposited into an incorrect bank account in the event that I supplied the incorrect banking details.
- I acknowledge that my policy status can change at any time. If I request a premium bridging in advance and my policy terminates, I will no longer qualify for the premium bridging and my request will not be processed.
