ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SECURED SERVICES

I hereby acknowledge that the Old Mutual Secure Services (“Secure Services”) Digital Channels (which include web, mobile, USSD) now have transactional capabilities available to clients. This means that I can submit online transactions instructions in respect of my investment contracts to Old Mutual Investment Services (Pty) Ltd (“OMIS”), with the assistance of my financial planner. Once the transaction instruction is initiated by my financial planner, I can either accept or reject such transactions instructions via my secure access to the Secure Services Digital Channels.

I acknowledge and agree that transactions instructions initiated online by either my financial planner and/or duly authorised support staff on their behalf will only be processed and submitted to OMIS after I have approved such transactions instructions via my secure access to Secure Services Digital Channels.

I understand that where transactions instructions have been initiated by either my financial planner and/or duly authorised support staff on their behalf and I do not wish to approve the transactions, I can reject the transactions via my secure access to the Secure Services Digital Channels.

I acknowledge and agree:

• that all transaction instructions I submit on the Secure Services Digital Channel with the assistance of my financial planner, are subject to the Terms and Conditions of my investment vehicle and/or Rules of my membership to a retirement fund (where applicable).
• that transactions instructions I submit on the Secure Services Digital Channels are subject to the OMIS procedures.
• OMIS may, at its discretion, withdraw the Secure Services transactional capability which it makes available to clients.
• OMIS will not be held liable during market movements, if the instruction is not accepted within the required timeframe.

I hereby indemnify the OMIS and/or the product supplier which issues my investment vehicle/product against any losses/damages that it may suffer as a result of the implementation by OMIS, of any transactions instructions initiated by my financial planner and accepted by me pursuant to the services outlined in this document.
