A NEW WAY TO SHOP LOCAL
We Are EGG is an exciting shop at Cape Town’s Cavendish Square. Well, it is more like several shops in one and each ‘shop’ is run by a different small business, ranging from exciting streetwear, sneakers and jewellery to beauty and wellness products, even food.
EGG is the brainchild of Paul Simon, who founded YDE, and Arie Fabian, whose father founded Fabiani menswear. A joint venture with Old Mutual Property, EGG allows small businesses to have space in a mall without the high rent and overheads. The next two stores are planned for Rosebank in Johannesburg and Gateway Mall in Durban.
